CSA box 1

I just received my first CSA box! It's so exciting. All sorts of vegetables that I've never been exposed to before. There's some beautiful, thick, purplish asparagus, bok choy, tatsoi, radishes, turnip greens, and some gigantic leafy plant that I've never seen before. I'm assuming I can just stir fry it or wilt it or something. I think it's a little large to be a salad green. Wow, local food. Amazing. You don't find veggies this fresh in the supermarket.
